Calls drop after campaign.

Help!

Having an issue, the customer can call into the campaign and gets our auto attendant, but when you select a ingroup the call drops.

It would appear your ingroup is populated with external telephone number(s). And the call to that external number fails. Which terminates the call if the external agent is not an "on-hook agent".

Thanks for the quick response, it ended up being the CID was set to Customer for the ingroups and not Campaign. Our SIP provider does not like use doing this.
