New to Vigidialer

I'll try to be as humble as I can, I have no Idea how to even download Vigidialer to my computer, when I download it do I just burn it onto a disk?
I'm trying to start a 2 man operation in my house, I don't even know how much it would cost for 2 people hosted. If any of you have time to help me I would really appreciate it.

NEVER attempt to go over 1 or 2 agents in a virtualized Vicidial. That being said: If you only intend to have a couple people (dialing a couple lines each) we lease virtual servers at $50/month for starters. No startup fees (but you may need training, which is $105, and a carrier, which is $25).

You will still need to pay for the minutes you use directly to a carrier (generally anywhere from one to two cents per minute, depending on your carrier).

When you've made it work with 1 or 2 agents, your system can be moved to a full-sized server elsewhere or in our colo at your discretion (backups are available on request and can also be pushed nightly to any FTP service if you have access to one).
