Hello everyone. We run Vicidial in our sales floor. Im not an expert in this so please excuse any ignorance on my part. I have however gotten pretty good at editing campaigns and adding leads and lists. Today i went in to add a new list and add leads to the list like i always do and every time i hit submit i would see a loading bar with a percentage at the bottom. the bar would go from 0% to 100% and then the screen would refresh wipe the settings and it would not take me to the next screen where i lay out my leads before it does the final sort and dup check. I tried using a older list and it worked fine. Both lists are Excel CSV same format and even same size but the most recent file which i created today 2/5/2016 yields the same results over and over again and it wont load. The only difference i see in the lists is the date i made them. I tried other "older" lists and they work fine. Im not sure if im not seeing a format issue or what this could possibly be

I can find any posts or videos on youtube about this sort of problem. Does anyone recognize this problem? any and all help would be much appreciated. thank you so much

1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

3) Delete half the offending list. If that doesn't work, try keeping only the first 10 records. Eventually you'll be able to identify the line(s) that break the upload. I recommend using tab deleted instead of comma sep for this reason. Broken format happens far too often in CSV.

Happy Hunting! 8-)

Vicidial version and build are in almost every admin web page (bottom left).

Installer version is usually just the full name of the .iso install CD you used (if it's a Vicidial installer, at least).
