On the Asterisk console, I am unable to successfully run the "sip reload" command. It runs and says "Reloading SIP" but nothing further. It does not actually reload. I realized this when I changed the carrier IP and it did not reload. The IP is being updated in sip-vicidial.conf but Asterisk does not reload or fails to reload the SIP configuration. It does work when I restart Asterisk. Any inputs on resolving this would be highly appreciated.
