Hello everybody
I have configured an outbound number,it works normally,i recieve calls on inbound campaign .
Now what i want to do is this:
I want to use the inbound campaign only for backoffice purpose,so the agents that will be logged in will stay all the time paused.
I want to do this,when a call comes in i want that the agents softphone rings too.
So the agent can answer it directly from the softphone or they can become active on the agent screen and recieve the call there.
The idea of this is that the agent dont have to stay all the time active,but get notified that the call has come on the softphone.
