Vicidial not stop recording

Hi Support, i have a problem

i have install new ViciboxRedux 6.0.4 in new server,i had configure campagn outbound with recording ondemand when i click in "Start recording" start recording.. but when i click in stop recording not stop, from asterisk not see stop script, only when call hangup stop record!

i have old version of vici box and work fine in other server, can we help me?

i have used IE11 GoogleCrome Mozilla Firefox but i not resolve

Was this server upgraded from an older version? (Or was the database imported from an older system?)

Does the Asterisk Version match in Admin->servers?

Some Command Line output from Asterisk may be helpful.

also: Have you verified that the call you're testing this on is actually an Outbound call from this campaign? (Not an Inbound?)

HI, williamconley sorry for my silence, but i musted start system and i installed old version for resolve problem, but i would respond at your question.


Was this server upgraded from an older version? - New installation Only-One DB-PBX-WEB


Does the Asterisk Version match in Admin->servers? - Yes equal version 1.8

Some Command Line output from Asterisk may be helpful. - Sorry but not have "command line output, i had reinstall all"

also: Have you verified that the call you're testing this on is actually an Outbound call from this campaign? (Not an Inbound?) - Only outbound

I have equal problem but now i not would downgrade system but i would resolve problem please help me. in next hours i will post command line with start recording and stop recording with outbound call.

Can't stop recordings until hangup ----> it is equal problem

i must update svn? Can I update svn in a system work in this moment?

Upgrade instructions are in the UPGRADE document in the /usr/src/astguiclient/trunk folder.

Be sure you get a good backup before you begin!
