Your dial prefix = 91
Your country code = 91
Your number that you are dialing ... starts with 91?

let's try this a new way.

Dial Prefix = "Method to Choose a Call Path, such as a Carrier"
Dial Code = "Number necessary to reach a phone besides the phone number, such as a country code and/or long distance prefix"
Phone Number = The number that would be 10 digits in the US, should include an "area code" but NOT national or international prefixes.

The Dial Prefix should be discarded by the dial plan (EXTEN:1 usually, for single digit dial prefixes). This would leave the Dial Code (such as 1 or 01155) and the Phone Number necessary to dial the number as if dialing a real phone manually.

It's also possible that your carrier is unappreciative of the CallerID Name provided by Vicidial. What caller ID (Number) are you presenting? That has also been known to present a problem. When dialing from a campaign the campaign's callerid is used. But when dialing from a soft phone, the callerid for that phone (under Admin->Phones) is used. If one of those is left as all Zeros, the carrier often balks at completing the call.

defaultlog:2] Goto

I see two issues here. "defaultlog" instead of "default" and "goto" which is not included in the dialplan you posted for this carrier.

Care to elaborate? 8-)

defaultlog was in phone content to record phone calls which are dialled directly from PHOne (without loging to vicidial )
default = (vicidial default) for normal calls)

even if i revert the change for Admin ->Phone Phone Context: to default it will dial from Phone application (without login )

but if same 91xxxxxxxx is dialled from campaign its not dialling as shown in picture

My point was that we do not have a copy of the dialplan used for the examples. And the examples are images that are cut off. It could be that the callerid name is causing failure, or something else entirely. Saying "same thing happens if I change it" is not valid in a troubleshooting environment. Providing samples that all match is necessary.

Try again with success and fail both using the same dialplan, and be sure you provide the dialplan in use and don't obscure any part of the entries (feel free to change all IPs to 99.99.99.99 and username entries to "username" and password entries to "password" and domain name entries to "domain.com" of course).
