I have read the managers manual and i can see how to use a MySQL fragment to filter leads by a particular criteria but i need to take that one step further. Currently i have multiple campaigns that each are from different sources and have designated agents calling for different sources. I know with filtering you can dictate which leads are called within the campaign but i want to take that one step further and consolidate all leads within one campaign and have leads from one source go to some agents and have other leads go to other agents. We are using a ratio dial also and not manual. For example: Agent 1 only wants to get calls from craigslist and agent 2 wants to get calls from autotrader... is it possible for lead filtering to do this to individual users while in ratio dialing?
any help or comments greatly appreciated.. THANKS!

What you are describing can only be done using manual dialing, not ratio dialing.
