Carrier Unreachable

Hi everyone, i'm using ViciBox_v.7.x86_64-7.0.0 with Express Installation behind a Comcast Modem/Router XFINITY ARRIS Touchstone TG862G/CT with forwarded ports 5060, 10000:20000, 80 to the server IP, I'm able to access externally to the server, port 80 is open too. My Sip provider does not require registration. something is not right i just did a fresh install and setup the carrier

Sorry About that but i don't find any help .... my carrier says error 401
