Server Timezone per USER GROUP

I am wondering if this is done already, is there any timezone configuration per user group? like for example, SUP1 is using timezone EST and no problem pulling out report but SUP2 is having problem pulling out reports since that Sup is using a different timezone like Singapore time GMT +8. SUP2 agents are calling during daytime GMT +8 time zone
So basically i would love to have Default Local GMT setting per user group.
