Hi,
I want to create a survey campaign that play a voice message and if the customer press 1 the call transfer instantly (without delaying) to available agents.
is it possible ?
if it is then please guide me the steps

Yes it is. That is covered several places on this website as well as in the Manager Manual tutorials.
