I wnt popup with call information when previous call attempt

Hi,

Need urgent help , if a call arrive on user portal and user fill all the detail and after some time same person call on toll free we dont need to fill form again all the information that we have filled up earlier popup on the screen.

Use CIDLOOKUP method in DID setting for In-Group Call Handle Method and Filter In-Group Call Handle Method. If you have filed up information once and call coming from same number then you will get all information if you are receiving second time call from same number.
