On my Real-Time Main Report page, for agents that are in pause It does not show exactly time of the pause but when it is going 60 sec it refresh
himself.Please help because I can not know how much seconds are in pause!!!

What is your screen refresh Rate? Select it 4sec so your page will refresh in every 4sec.

If this not an issue then check "Agent Performance Report".
