Hi,

I have this error Starting SIP/1002-00000003 at default,8600051,1 failed so falling back to exten 's' when i connect to agent interface in Vicidial 2.11.

Please help me to find the solution to this problem.

Please post your installation method, OS, asterisk version etc.

Can you please post logs from CLI when you are trying to login.


Note:- At login time, ring should go on your extension number not on 's'.
