i second this issue.
after a fresh install with the 6666 user, no campaign functions appear. see screenshot here

it seems to me there might be issue with the upgrade/update. if you run update during the installation process, the interface gets updated but the campaign commands disappear. if you do not do updates, and stay with the original versions, campaign commands remain fully functioning.
