1) Welcome to the Party!
2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:
When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.
This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)
You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.
If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.
Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600
3) Why is the title of this thread "DAHDI"? Is there some reason you believe this to be related to DAHDI? Why not "Linux problem" or "Vicidial Problem"? Based on your content, you should change it to "Agents not getting calls!"
4) "... calls are not getting transferred ..." this could be interpreted to mean that your campaign is a Survey/Broadcast campaign instead of a standard autodialed Live Agent campaign. Please clarify.
5) You have left off a Major Component: Are there calls being dialed? Are there calls ringing?
6) Are you using AMD or performing Survey? Either of these will block calls from agents based on the circumstances of each call.
7) Please do yourself a favor: Download a copy of the Vicidial Manager's Manual. It's Free and available on EFLO.net (along with a paid version, which I HIGHLY recommend, but the paid version will get your system running). After you download it, start at page one and don't skip anything. Seriously: Read all pages and perform all tasks until your Dialer works as you want it to. IF you hit a snag and something doesn't work as expected, bring us the Manual Version Number, Page Number, and Line Number of the manual (so we know where you are), and explain what you expected to happen and what actually happened. It may be a good idea to also share any relevant settings and perhaps even some Asterisk CLI output from a Test Call (not 3000 lines of unrelated code, just that one call from Beginning to End!).
Note that otherwise, all you've done is call a mechanic's shop and say "my car don't work, can you fix it?" Answer: Yes! Now tell us a bit more so we can figure out what's actually wrong aside from "it don't work" LOL
