Setting that resets agents calls on realtime report daily?

Question is in the subject it self.

My problem is that my agents calls aren't resetting every night. This was working until one of the settings were changed yesterday and I can't figure out which one it was that I had switched. Please assist immediately :)

"Timeclock End Of Day" is the System Settings option for when the calls counter is reset every day. You should make sure that your server is not down or being rebooted at that time.
