Hi,

I have setup my DID in vicidial but it says number not in service. But if I configure it directly on any softphone I'm getting an inbound call. So I hope that I'm configuring something wrong or I might be missing something to configure can some one help me on that.

I have done the register string and account entry as

register => xxxxxxxx:xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx:5060

[usadid]
disallow=all
allow=g729
allow=gsm
allow=ulaw
type=friend
secret=xxxxxx
username=xxxxxxxx
host=xxxxxxxx
dtmfmode=rfc2833
context=trunkinbound
qualify=yes
insecure=invite
nat=yes

In the DID numbers section.

I have put the DID Extentions : xxxxxxx (My DID number)

DID route : phone
Phone Extension as 8001 and which I kept active on softphone.
Later I selected my server IP.
But Whenever I make a call its not getting connected.

Here is the CLI log

[Apr 2 18:03:23] -- Executing [xxxxxxxx@trunkinbound:1] AGI("SIP/usadid-00000009", "agi-DID_route.agi") in new stack

as per the log your inbound is working.

you need to create

1. INGROUP
2. Campaign with Blended default=Y and select the ingroup in allowed ingroups
3. Create DID ie xxxxxxxx@trunkinbound the no shown as xxxxxxxx

Go to Inbound -> Add A New DID
DID Extension: 1XXXXXXXXXX (If USA DID )

If DID should forward to a cell phone / land line
DID Route: EXTEN
EXTENSION: 1XXXXXXXXXX (Depend on your dial Plan for Outbound Calls)

If DID should forward to a campaign
Create a New In-Group
DID Route: IN_GROUP
In-Group ID: Select your In-Group
Go to Campaign Details:
Allow Inbound and Blended: Y
Allowed Inbound Groups: Select your In-Group

If DID should forward to an extension
DID Route: PHONE
Phone Extension: Your Extension

i hope this help if not let me know by pm
