Real-Time Main Report Monitor using (Cell Phone)

Hi for all

I Try configure vicidial to monitor agent with my cell phone.

I Using this reference
Add External Phone entry for your mobile phone then live monitor
using the Real-time Report


But when I Click on Listen I Get this mensage in console

1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method (7.X.X?) .

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

From "Admin->Phones" for the phone.

And I see no comment about the web page response if any.

Most of the fields are blank. That would explain why they don't work. Or did you just "fill in a couple of them"? Either way, the missing information is what I was looking for.

I don't ordinarily make assumptions, but I'll assume for the time being that you used a valid 10 digit US phone number instead of 'MY_CELL_NUMBER' for the dialplan number.

Please provide the carrier dialplan entry that matches your number pattern for this outbound call to actually reach a carrier. (PS: Providing the real number with a few digits changed may have been more useful ...).

If you did not put a dial prefix and/or dial code in front of your phone number to link it to a carrier dialplan entry, you should be aware that the Vicidial Admin->Phones system is not part of a campaign and it has nowhere to look this information up. So you must specify the entire dial string for an external phone.

The 'MY_CELL_NUMBER' is a XXXXXXXXXX 10 digits number I changed when capture.

He's looking for the dialplan entry for the carrier you're using, if you're trying to access the listen feature from outside your network (i.e. on your cell phone). The entry should be in Admin>Carriers.

Ok does the 99XXXXXXXX pattern match "The 'MY_CELL_NUMBER' is a XXXXXXXXXX 10 digits number I changed when capture"? If not then the system has no way of knowing what to do with your cell phone number when you call in.
