Default Cluster Inbound Settings

Hi There is any specific settings for inbound calls in a cluster ???

Hello,

Your question is very vague. Is there anything specific you are trying to accomplish? I would recommend in general that you set your DIDs to use "CIDLOOKUP" as their call handle method but besides that it really depends on what you're trying to do.

Calls drop when agent hear the "ding"

Can you provide Asterisk output from an example call that had this issue?

It was something wrong in [trunkinbound] it's working right now ...
