Can i play a recorded voice before agent takes call ?

I want to add a recorded message when call answer and them pass the call directly to an avaible agent. How can i do it ?

First, the BIG DISCLAMER: This is most likely ILLEGAL. Well, if you're calling the US; I don't know about other countries so you'll want to check regulations for where you are. Under FCC regulations, you can do this only if you are a non-for profit, doing political polling or doing B2B with the permission of the businesses.
You can setup a survey in the campaign to play your message. You'd then set the Survey Wait Seconds to "1", the Survey Method to "AGENT_XFER" and the Survey No-Response Action to "OPTIN". You'll probably want to configure the other settings as well to suit your needs. This will in effect, play your message and then send the callee to an agent.
