Hello.
I'm new to vicidial. I know that I should post a lot of details for my setup and my vicidial version but i don't know this information.
My problem is that my backoffice operatore when want to dial a phone number to conferm a meeting with a client she gets an alert pop up with the message
dial alert call rejected chanunavail congestion 18.
Anybody knows the solution? Thanks...

Hello,
Congestion is kind of a catch-all for many different scenarios. Can you provide the Asterisk output for one of the failed calls? That should provide more details.
