Hello,
I need help!
We need to setup a SiM BOX in out office (Office--AA)
And the office that we work are in another Office name (Office--BB) we have Vicibox and now we use Voip that we paid more.

What we need to do now:
We need to make calls from Office--BB to Office--AA with SIM BOX and we will use SIm card with each number. and take calls inbound from each number sim card.
I can not install the SIM BOX to my offices at (Office--BB) because I can't find services for sim cards.

My questions is how to implement all because I am new with SIM BOX:
1- SIM BOX connected with ASTERISKNow in Office--AA, and create a SIP TRUNK from ASTERISKnow with my VICIBOX in COUNTRY--BB or,
2- Connect SIM BOX directly from (Office--AA) with PublicIP to my VICIBOX in Office--BB.

Sorry if I am not clear with the written.

As long as the sim box can speak SIP, either configuration is entirely possible and not at all difficult.

However: This is an Asterisk question, not a Vicidial question. You will be connecting the Asterisk in an Asterisk server to the SIM box using the SIP protocol and the instructions from the SIM box provider for SIP connections.

Once you have connected the SIM box to an asterisk server, connecting to Vicidial is pretty much done. If the asterisk server in question happens to BE a vicidial server, then it *is* done. But in all cases, this is an asterisk connection question. There are a whole lot more asterisk boards out there than Vicidial boards.

All that being said: The model number and manufacturer instructions for configuring SIP on the SIM box are absolutely required for *anyone* to help you.
