Hi everyone, i have an issue with my cluster Server (1 DB/WEB and 2 Telephony) i created bulk phone extensions using Reports -> Admin Utilities -> Bulk Phone Insert Page

Code: Select all
Servers:
XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX db/web
XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX astx1
XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX astx2

Phones: 2000
Registration Password: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Login Password: 4321
Create Alias Entries: YES
Phone Context: default
Set As Webphone: Y_API_LAUNCH
Webphone Dialpad: Y
Webphone Auto-Answer: Y
Use External Server IP: N

Phone Ext: 2000, 2000, 2000
Dial Plan: 2000, 12000, 22000
Agent Login: 2000a, 2000b, 2000c
Login Password: 4321

Do i have to create an extention for all servers or just for telephony servers ?? Every time i try to login as agent says: Sorry, your phone login and password are not active in this system, please try again: and all PHONE RECORDS -> STATUS: ACTIVE

Please Help

So you added phone entries for your db/web server?

What webphone are you using?

Did you trigger a conf file rebuild on the dialers after you ran this?

The vicibox ISO install has a document that goes over the proper installation steps.
