autodialling via PRI not landing to agents

my spec
Single server | scratch install ray-solomon guide | PRI line -allo card | Dahdi 2.8 | vicidial - VERSION: 2.12-552a BUILD: 160429-0835
while dialling via PRI line the call got answered but not landing to agents, on agent screen i can see call in queue and then it got dropped
below is the cli log
I have noticed latest vicidial with PRI line ie: digium or sangoma or allo card having same issue
but if i use vicidial 2.4 version ,it works perfect.
kindly let know to get it resolved
