Please, I need help. I'm trying installing asterisk-1.2.14 and follow instruction on the scratch installation step by step it gives me the following error.
/usr/include/linux/ixjuser.h:351: error: syntax error before '*' token
make[1]: *** [chan_phone.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/asterisk-1.2.14/channels'
make: *** [subdirs] Error 1
I installed httpd-2.2.4, mysql-5.0.37, php-4.4.6, zaptel-1.4.1 & libpri-1.4.0 .
I tried asterisk-1.4.1 and it installed without problems. But I wanted to stick to asterisk-1.2.14 since it's the one recomended with the "from scratch installation."
Thanks for your help guys.

If you are using asterisk 1.2 you should stick with the zaptel and libpri 1.2 tree releases as well.
What Linux version are you using?
