Birth Date Campaign

Postby maxol » Thu May 12, 2016 11:25 am

I would like to create a campaign to play a message of Happy Birthday.

Create a campaign
Associate List Campaign.

In the Lead has the date of birth, the system would check if there is any lead to the birth date equal to the current date, if so the connection would be made and the audio played.

This is possible in vicidial?

That is not a standard feature, but you could probably do that with a lead filter and some other non-default settings.

A simple php script that checks leads daily and "activates" those whose birthday are Today would be very simple. With the added benefit of NOT modifying any Vicidial code (external script!)

All the script has to do is change one field (such as status or "dialed since last reset") for Today's Calls.
