My user is not active in system?

Hi there,
wondering if anyone be able to help me, im new to Vici dial and as im making a user and try to log in as an agent it saying its not active in the system? i'm definitely missing something here.

Make sure "Active" is set to "Y" in your users record.
Also, make sure you're not mistaking that error for one telling you the phone is not active.

Thank you for the support, it is set at (Y) and i have double checked everything?

Please post the exact error message and the URL where it occurred.
Also note that if this is during the agent login screen, it is likely that you entered the phone credentials in the agent screen or vice versa. Happens every day.

I have the issue saying "NOT IN THE SYSTEM" when i get AGENT TIME-CLOCK DETAIL, what to do?

1) Please also post your installation method with version.
2) This ticket was about a user whose "active" was set to "N". You are discussing a report result, which is not really the same thing. You also seem to have typed a ... summary of the error report instea of the actual error and NOT provided the report you trying to run. Best way to get a good result is to post the details of the report you are running including the URL (no domain name, just the rest of it) and the criteria for the report being run.
3) Verify the user is actually in the system? (I mean: It says the user isn't, and you've not asserted which user OR whether that user is actually in the system ... did you delete him?)

Yes the user is not deleted and its active , but why it says "NOT IN THE SYSTEM" when i get AGENT TIME-CLOCK DETAIL

what is the url of the report (without the domain) and what options/details did you request before hitting submit?

And the Actual error message? (Copy/paste the entire message ... not from memory). Perhaps even a screenshot (without the URL/domain portion)
