API > Function: external_hangup

I am having a problem when I run the function external_hangup of the API in long duration calls.

When I run external_hangup in a long duration call, it does not work. Anyone know why?

I am integrating the vicidial to my CRM using the vicidial's api.

The vicidial's version is 2.12 and the build is 160113-0921.

When I said "long duration", I mean that when the asterisk was more than 60 seconds by dialing the vicidial displayed a timeout error.

I managed to fix the problem. The Asterisk did not identify the call when costumer answered the phone.
