Outdial not dialed

Hello,

Here is my issue :
I got automatic call done by outbound RATIO with remote agent for each campaign. All the campaign are done on the same templates and are actives, but it appears some of them not making their call.
I searched and found this in vicidial_campaign_server_stats table :
campaign_id server_ip update_time local_trunk_shortage
00900037 xx.xx.xx.xx 2016-06-14 08:32:03 4
00900036 xx.xx.xx.xx 2016-06-14 06:49:11 0

The campaign which have local_trunk_shortage=4 could not make their call and the one which have local_trunk_shortage=0 is making call without any issue.

In remote agent section I have :
REMOTE AGENTS LISTINGS:
USER LINES SERVER CONF-EXTEN STATUS CAMPAIGN
7935 4 xx.xx.xx.xx 12345 ACTIVE 00900036
7895 4 xx.xx.xx.xx 12345 ACTIVE 00900037

Does any has any idea why my outbound call are not working ?

Thanks in advance for your help

my vicidial version is : VERSION: 2.2.1-237, BUILD: 100510-2015, I know it has not been updated but it is still not easy to update a production server ;-)

Hello,

I will post myself the solution : I updated MAX TRUNK in server setting from 100 to 150 and then the 'short trunk' issue on some campaign disapeared

Hope it help someone

Excellent postback. Of course, be sure you confirm with your carrier that you can have 150 trunks before you do this, but otherwise that's the correct solution. Well done. 8-)

PS: If you do this without checking with your carrier, and you suddenly begin getting a lot of "Congestion" call results (visible in "show carrier stats" option of the Real time screen), you likely exceeded your allotted lines. Congestion is a common "you're over your limit" response. 1 to 3% congestion is normal. 30% is NOT. LOL
