1. make sure the upload file is in wav 16bit Mono 8k PCM WAV audio files(.wav)
2. once uploaded via Audio store, make sure that file exists in /srv/www/htdocs/nOp3L0umj09pauwCMnMB7QW8QL4gUPY3
3. then run the below command in linux console
/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_audio_store_sync.pl --debugX

In my case i changed the vicidial forlder name to admin, that's why was no found the file.

Solution:
1 - Admin -> System Settings -> Admin Web Directory: (new vicidial folder name)
2 - Admin -> Servers
3 - Generate conf files: Y
4 - Rebuild conf files: Y
5 - Rebuild Music On Hold: Y
6 - Sounds Update: Y
