Hello everyone,
i installed a new vicidial server :
Operating system SuSE Linux 42.1
Kernel and CPU Linux 4.1.15-8-default on x86_64
Processor information Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10GHz, 4 cores
I'm having problems with these tables always crashing, i'm trying with repair commands and always have this message :
Repairing tables
test.vicidial_admin_log
Error : Table 'test.vicidial_admin_log' doesn't exist
status : Operation failed
test.vicidial_live_agents
Error : Table 'test.vicidial_live_agents' doesn't exist
status : Operation failed
test.vicidial_manager
Error : Table 'test.vicidial_manager' doesn't exist
status : Operation failed
After this i can't login as an agent and have the message on my browser :Your session has been disabled CLICK HERE TO RESET YOUR SESSION
Any idea?

1) Welcome to the Party!

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method (7.X.X?) and vicidial version with build (VERSION: 2.X-XXXx ... BUILD: #####-####).

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "manual/from scratch" you must post your operating system with version (and the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system) plus a link to the installation instructions you used. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

3) While you gave us your OS and kernel versions, you left off all the actual useful information about your system. LOL (Kinda like telling us how many CCs your engine is and then asking if we can fix an electrical problem in the trunk?). So you got the above "welcome" that I've been known to give to pretty much everyone. I'm surprised you have not yet seen it, but now you have! LOL

4) You appear to have a failed installation. However, it could be worse than that since a failed installation generally doesn't have "crashed" tables, but missing tables. So ... the missing information will be useful to see what's really goin' on here. Hopefully it'll just turn out to be something simple like a full (or dead) hd. Perhaps a bad download (did you md5 check the downloaded .iso before and after you burned it against the .md5 file from the site?)

5) If you were not before, please use the Standard Vicibox .iso (not the preload) from Vicibox.com. Use the PDF on that site to work your way through the primary installation. Then switch to the Vicidial Manager's Manual (there's a free version on EFLO.net, right next to the Highly Recommended paid version, come back and get that when you get your first paycheck from the system). Start at page One of the Manager's Manual, don't skip anything (seriously) and you'll have a running system in no time.

6) When following the instructions from above, and you hit a "snag", bring us the page of the PDF you're on (and the version of course) along with "what happened" and "what you expected to happen" and any pertinent configuration settings. Baby steps with the Free Dialer Suite.

i used the mysqlcheck -u cron -p -A --auto-repair this fixes the problem only until the next morning where i get the message
your session has been disabled click here to reset your session i have checked that all the times on the dialer as well as the time zones everything is fine but still the problem persists i cannot do a re install as i have a a lot of data and voice logs on the dialer i cannot lose and ps : this is a single server web asterisk and db in one

3) Do not answer your own posts, it looks like you're having a conversation with yourself so it seems someone is helping you. But it's all you. So you think we're ignoring you. LOL

4) Based on your description, you say you run a mysqlcheck every day to fix your broken server and that fixes it ... until the next day. So this is not actually related to "Your session has been disabled", really. If your mysql breaks daily, there are some things we have to cover before getting all crazy:
* Is your hard drive full? (anything over 95% or with less than 10G available is "full")
* Do you reboot your server every night? Do you shut it down properly (at the command line) or do you just push the power button?
* Does the system have a UPS and/or does your location experience frequent power outages?

you don't have tables on BD. check script installation.

1) Always post your Vicidial Version with Build. And when you list your installer (Vicibox, which is the installer not the software), please list the full version of the installer. Vicibox 7.0.1 is not the same as 7.0.3 and has known flaws (which is why there is a 7.0.3, of course).

2) Based on your description, I'd say "log out overnight". Don't leave your user logged in overnight. Also, you should reboot the server nightly.
