outbound call dispotion for remote agents

I have noticed that when taking calls as remote agent, the status for outbound call report, is always XFER. But if I click on the LEAD ID link I can see the real status.

Is this the normal behavior ?

Outbound call report shows the result of the outbound call. This is not altered later if you modify the status of the lead. One is a log table, the other is the vicidial_list table. Although some options for modifying the lead status allow for alteration of the original log entry, you have not technically shared the method you use to change that status. Is there an option for "update log ..."?

PS: You should also include your installation method with version. For posterity. Surprising how often this comes in handy. 8-)
