Auto Alt-Number Dialing

Hi,
I have a problem . the list is with 2 phone numbers . Auto Alt - Number Dialing is active( adapt average). vicidial distributes to an operator the first number , and to another operator the second number .how can I do? thank you. Sorry for my english

1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method (7.X.X?) and vicidial version with build (VERSION: 2.X-XXXx ... BUILD: #####-####).

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "manual/from scratch" you must post your operating system with version (and the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system) plus a link to the installation instructions you used. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

3) I am not sure I understand the question: Are you asking for Vicidial to route calls to different agents based on whether the "answer" was "phone_number" or "alt_phone"? IE: IF the answered line was "phone number" send the call to "agent XX" and if the answered line was "alt_phone" send the call to "Agent YY"? If so, then that is not presently a feature of the Vicidial system. I'd also love to hear the reasoning behind why this is necessary (May be helpful for finding a solution).

when the system call phonenumber, if Franco is busy , the system passes to user_carlo the call; after the system calling altnumber and pass again Franco to user_giulio. why???

The purpose of Vicidial is to allow agents to share leads on an autodialer. If you have multiple agents in one campaign, the system will choose the "first available" agent. If the first phone number of a lead is called an a Human is NOT reached (according to the settings for each disposition, which include whether that disposition represents a "Human Answer" or not) it will then call the next phone number for that lead until it either reaches a Human or runs out of numbers for that lead.
