SCRATCH INSTALL| Single Server | Sangoma PRI Card A101e (Single Port) | No Extra Software After Installation |Intel Xeon Quad Core | 16GiB RAM |
OS- CentOS 6.8
Vicidial Version installed : 2.11-476a
Asterisk : asterisk-1.8.23.0-vici.tar.gz
DAHDI : 2.11

We have incoming calls which goes on more than an Hour. We have change setting of Recording Limit in servers to 180 Minutes. Issue is Mixing of such calls are not done properly and we are getting less time size of all.GSM file then the actual time of in.GSM and out.GSM file are there.

When we manually Mix the in and out file through SOX command it gives me proper time of all.GSM file.

Is there any other configuration need to be done. Please suggest.

Appreciate your help in advance

1) You did not post a link to your installation instructions. This could be very important with your stated problem.

2) You did not post a reason why you did not install with Vicibox, and instead chose to put that extra effort for Scratch Installation. (While it may be pointless, I've often found it to be both relevant and useful to understand your situation clearly. Even if the reason is "Owner insists on CentOS everywhere!" LOL)

3) Why GSM? Why not MP3 or just WAV?

4) You did not mention whether the WAV (ORIG) files are full-length.

5) Please post the command you used to get the proper mix to work. Also the audio management entries from your crontab -e would be useful.

6) Seriously consider upgrading to the latest SVN revision for Vicidial, as it could very well resolve your issue (and it's much more fun to fix by upgrading than it is to delve deeply).
