Hello
I am using Vicidial 2.12-552a and I am having an issue with resetting leads and I don't think I am doing it correctly. I had a manager change a campaign setting while it was running that messed up the call flow of the campaign so we deleted the campaign and list associated with the campaign, however it looks like the system has a history of the completed calls when that campaign was running because when we recreated the campaign with a new name and campaign ID and associated it with a new list and list ID, the system is not dialing the leads..I think it's because it thinks the leads have already been called from the previous campaign. I have went to the list options and recycled and selected Reset Lead-Called-Status for this list multiple times. Is there something else I am not doing in order to completely reset this list of leads in the system?
Thank you!

Within the campaign does it state how many dialable leads there are? - This campaign has -number- leads to be dialed in those lists.
Also, when you view the list, what status does it say your leads are under? Section "STATUSES WITHIN THIS LIST:"

I think it's working now, I'm being told agents are getting calls now but to answer the questions asked there are 4560 dialable leads in the list and under STATUS WITHIN THIS LIST we have 1835 called and 6107 not called. So it appears the list has been recycled completely, maybe it just took some time to take effect?

It shouldn't take any more than a few seconds for the dialable leads to drop into the dial hopper.
Is it possible your campaign is set to dial within certain times and you were outwith those parameters? ie. 9am to 9pm

The hopper is loaded on the minute, every minute. This could be anywhere from 1 to 59 seconds (which is a bit more than a few, and not random at all).
