Real-Time Report issue.

When I look on my Real-Time Main Report I can see all the agents logged in.
Everything looks fine except for the MM:SS column. The wait/call/pause time stays at 00:00

This has only just occurred and was working perfectly before.

ive ran in to this to meney time's its all down to your time and timezone settings if eney was changed it will lead to that error

so question is witch one is out

When you say "scratch install", please include a link to your installation instructions (helps to bring those with similar problems together to get easier fixes).

Did you check for crashed tables?
