I downloaded the latest Vicidial 2.11 RC 1 release, and was looking through the upgrade notes, and noticed my version is 2.12-543a, there's no 2.12 version listed in the update notes, so I'm wondering would I start the updating from 2.0.5 to 2.2.0?

The server time is correct, but Vici stops counting the time soon after rebooting the server. This creates time sync errors popping up in the agent screen. Any help would be much appreciated.

I seems to have fixed most of the issues by restoring the backup data I created, then running the ip address update script, even though the IP of the server never changed. Now, the only issue I can see at the moment, is under campaign setting. The dial statuses are crossed out, I am not able to add a new dial status, and in fact any changes made in the campaign settings do not save. For instance, I am not able use inbound blended.

And that issue was because of the list mixing I was doing, so everything seems to be working fine now! Thanks for ... listening.. everyone

The red server indicator is usually because that server didn't start correctly.
You should also probably check for crashed tables.

2.2.0? Your versions are confused. 2.12 is the latest release and you would get that with your Vicibox 7.0.1 ISO, not 2.11.
The upgrade path is from 2.10 to 2.12 as far as the database update scripts go. You should run the current version first, then the following versions in order:
2.2.1 to 2.4
2.4 to 2.7
2.7 to 2.9
2.9 to 2.11
2.11 to 2.12

i have VERSION: 2.11-476a BUILD: 150302-0945 and i want VERSION: 2.12-494c BUILD: 160731-1102

deleted something i shouldn't have lol! don't know what is was but all of a sudden apache and mysql were gone... so, put vicibox 7.0.3 on a thumbdrive, reinstalled, updated with svn, restored backup... and all is good. check signature for current version.
