Hi!
Is there an option to remove only FAST DIAL from the agent page?
I have agents originating multiple calls to the same number in a very short space of time using this, mostly multiple in a second.
I see MANUAL_DIALFAST entries in the agent stats page making calls multiple times a second like 20 times in a row.

If you disable User Manual Dial ability, then both MANUAL DIAL and FAST DIAL will not appear on the agent screen. Other than that, there is no option to only remove FAST DIAL.
