I want to setup Vicidial in a production for a Tunisian Call Center with 60 seats (outbound ) and am looking for some advice from the experts!
I have to use only lease line from Tunis to Paris (Dialer ==>4 E1==>vmux 2100 TDMOIP ==> Lease Line ==> vmux 2100 in Paris ==>PSTN 4E1)

I ll dialing with 2 lines-per-agent or 3 some times

How do you think about this hardware

1 Database SuperMicro (SYS-6014VT2-MID ) with 2 Intel Xeon 3.6 GHz + 2 *250 SATA 4 GB
Pentium dual core for your httpd

VICIDIAL
Record: Always recording

PC Agent
PIV or Celeron 2.8 512 RAM + SIP or IAX softphones
witch kind of headset you advice me ?

The hardware should be able to handle it, but if you are recording all calls I would recommend SCSI drives or WD Raptor SATA drives, because cheaper SATA drives will fail within months of recording all calls.

Have you an idea about the vmux 2100 ?
i need to decrease the bandwith of the lease line between Dialer an PSTN
have you n idea about other kind of solution such us Dialer==>G729.1==>LLI==>Mediant 2000 or other gatway ==>PSTN
