Hi Guys,
A couple of questions,
1. when agents skip leads do those leads go back to the hopper?
2. is there any part of the system to set that up so when they skip a lead, it should go back to the hopper?
3. There are a number of leads that were skipped and was stored under vicidial_agent_skip_logs, however, it seems that it's not going back to the hopper.
Am i missing something out?
Please advise.
Thanks in advance!

1> No
2> they will go back into the hopper after the lest is reset. But if they went back into the hopper immediately the agent would just keep getting them over and over again
3> You need to reset the list if you want to dial those skipped leads.

Hi mflorell,
Thank you for the quick response.
How do I reset the list? If I do that, will that affect all calls which already has attempts? Will it reset their counters as well?

You go to the list modify page, you set the "Reset Lead-called-status for this list" option to "Y", then you click submit.
You should really test how this works on your system with a small list so you can see how the stats show up.

Okay, so I've tested it out and as what it looks like, Force Reset of Hopper only resets the hopper and not the actual leads.
With that said, the function only pushes back those leads that are supposed to be in the hopper (NEW, For Callback, not enough attempts) and wont touch those completed leads.
Thanks man!
