Yet Again another Time Synch issue

The dreaded Time Synch issue. I have the agent stationis synching from the ViciBox and they are within 1/2 second. I tried syncing to outside servers too same results.
Small 4 agent insurance broker. This is the actual agency that I demo'd to the Custoemr's Finale Expense Direct, Trusted Seniors Specialists, and Affordable Health Insurance Agency and they became aware of ViciDial.
I am trying to coax him(Medicare Mall) into the $400 support special, in the meanwhile you could help me look like I know what I am doing, please.

Time sync issues could be any number of problems, that is just a catch-all symptom.

It could be a stuck process, or Asterisk crashed, or there is a network problem. It doesn't necessarily mean there is an actual problem with the timing synchronization.
