IPTables Setup issue

Hi,

I have set up IPTables on my server as a Whitelist only setup and allowed My office IP and Carrier IP. Agents can log in to the dialer and calls get placed and I can see from the asterisk CLI that they are being answered. However, the calls are not reaching the agents. This is solved instantly by stopping the IPTables service.

Also if the agents are in calls and I enable the IPTables service, all audio disappears from the call.

What do I need to allow for the calls to reach the agents?

Scratch Install ViciDial - Ray-Solomon Vicidial Guide
Cloud Server - Dual Core - 2GB DDR3 - 80GB SSD

are you using Iax2 or sip to connect to your dialer? is the dialer local or onsite or is it hosted offsite?

It is SIP and the dialer is hosted in cloud, so not onsite.

sound like your port 10000-20000 is not allowing the audio through.
