No Country Prefix available when trying to load a new list

Hi, when i try to upload a new list via the list loader, i don't see the opsions listed for the country prefix in the "PHONE CODE OVERRIDE". When i click there i don't see the list of the available Country Prefixes to select from. Any idea what's wrong?

You probably need to run this on your system:
/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_area_code_populate.pl --purge-table --debug
