User Stats: RECORDINGS FOR THIS TIME PERIOD nothing to show!!!

Hello everyone and as a new member sorry for the errors on this thread.

I run this command yesterday "zypper up -y" all updates is perfectly done. After rebooting, i log on as admin in the vicidial web portal and upon checking USER STATS, only rows consist with logs are AGENT LOGIN/LOGOUT TIME; OUTBOUND CALLS FOR THIS TIME PERIOD: but in the recording section RECORDINGS FOR THIS TIME PERIOD: there is nothing to download recording. Had recordings been working before? Check your campaign settings, what is set for "Campaign Recording"?
