I have run into a problem with the daily user values not going through a reset on the real time report. The agent performance report does show the proper call amount for each user on the dialer. This looks to be localized to the real time report. After the first day that we noticed that the values were not reseting. I ran a database check and optimization. All tables went through there checks and are working properly. Waited to see if cron job would reset the values on the next day, checked for thing in the morning by logging in as a user that was displaying high call about previous day and values were still the same. That night i or last night i did a full reboot on all servers in the cluster. Just checked again this morning and still same issue. I have tried looking through the logs but im not sure of the relevance to this issue. is there an isolated logs that can shine some light on an issues in this area?

Make sure your voicemail server is set to a valid dialer in the System Settings.

Thank you for getting back with me. I just read this post after digging around.
viewtopic.php?f=4&t=35735&p=123174&hilit=ral+time+report#p123174I have now changed the voicemail server to the dialer 2. I will see if the stats reset tonight.
One further detail i wanted to maker sure after reading this post was i have moved the audio store to the web server instead of the mysql server where it was. And it is function properly with inbound and outbound ivr's would this move caused an issues with the stats not reseting?
