Limit the number of leads allocated to an agent per day

Hi All,

Is it possible to limit the number of new leads allocated to each agent per day?

Example:

I create a new campaign – Manual Dial
20 agents are assigned to the campaign
I load a list of 10,000 leads
Each agent must be allocated only 100 new leads per day
Once they have dialled their new lead allocation they still have access to their call-backs, no answers, referrals, etc.

I would like to stop agents burning though the data, they must respect each lead they are assigned.

We just added a feature to do this a couple weeks ago. Make sure you upgrade to the latest svn/trunk version, then go to system settings and enable "New Leads Per List Limit"

Hi,

Just to clarify, does this set a daily limit for new leads per agent for the list or does it set a total limit per agent for the list?

this only limits NEW statused leads per agent per day.

Hi,

I have set the daily limit under the list settings to 100 new leads per agent per day. This works perfectly for day one, but when the agents return the next day they are not allocated a further 100 new leads.

If I increase the leads to 110 they receive an additional 10 new leads but nothing else. Please would you advise where I am going wrong?

Your nightly counts reset process is not running. Check in System Settings that your Voicemail Server is set to a valid server in your system, and make sure that server is not down or being reebooted at the Timeclock End Of Day time.

anybody had a steps on how to do this on Vicidial?

I already activated my New Leads Per List Limit option.
