ALT Phones

How can I tell in the database that a phone from the vicidial_list_alt_phones table has been dialed? I do not see any indicators except for possibly active field. We have Auto Alt-Number Dialing set to MULTI_LEAD and that shows 2442 called out of 271,272

If you are using MULTI_LEAD, then you aren't using the vicidial_list_alt_phones table.

Thanks for your response Matt. What is the recommended Auto-Alt Number Dialing method and which leads load method should we use? We have many accounts with over 3 phone numbers. We had been using Extended Only method but switched to Multi Lead because when we switch the campaign from Ratio to Inbound_Manual dial mode, we started calling the same phone numbers over and over.

At this point, almost all of our clients calling multiple alternate numbers are using MULTI_LEAD. This is mostly due to the flexibility and ease of loading leads where one account will have several leads tied together with the vendor_lead_code field.
