CONGESTION - HANGUP CAUSE 38 - Problem

Hi.

Recently I have found in Hangup Cause Report in Admin section of Vicidial that on some of my clients systems, CONGESTION - HANGUP CAUSE 38 increase from couple hundreds to couple thousands:

Can you explain me what CONGESTION - HANGUP CAUSE 38 really means? My best guess is that my VoIP provider is having network problem of some kind.

Cause No. 38 - network out of order.
This cause indicates that the network is not functioning correctly and that the condition is likely to last a relatively long period of time e.g., immediately re-attempting the call is not likely to be successful.

Yes I have read this article.

I have done some research on dial_log vicidial_carier_log and vicidial_log tables and I have found that numbers previously marked as:
ADC 1 404 Not Found

now are marked as:
NA 38 500 Service Unavailable

So when list has been reset, system once again is dialling those number that are in fact ADC.

I have post a ticket to VoIP provider with thees issue - clearly it is their problem (nothing has changed on my system).

Problem solved - my VoIP provider changed their configuration and now I get for numbers that doesn't exist 404 Not Found. System marks them as ADC.
