Vicidial with landline or mobile line?

I used to run a call center based on Vicidial and VoIP but now I need to call clients inside my country and VoIP is not an option, it's too expensive. Is there any way to configure it to work with landline or mobile line? If yes, what would I need in terms of hardware for the mobile option?

I already know how to add/edit carriers but only VoIP based ones.

There are several companies that make legacy telco interface equipment. The easiest ones to integrate with will convert the line to SIP for easy Vicidial configuration. Do a search for "GSM gateway" and "FXO/FXS Asterisk".

If there is no land line available you can use this GSM gateway I have used it before with Asterisk / Vicidial

Hi,

Good day!

You can use any SIP based FXO/FXS for analog (Grandstream) has one.

For mobile GSM gateway you can check Suncomm, Dinstar and Openvox we already did an implementation with the said device.

Cheers! :)

how many concurrent calls and agent you have planned.

if you have more concurrent calls like 30 simultaneous calls, then i recommend PRI/E1/ISDN
in which you can make 30 simultaneous calls in a single line.
you can also have more PRI lines in a single server for eg : 2 PRI = 60 simultaneous calls.

for this you need wither PRI card or PRI/VOIP gateway. available in single port, 2 ,4, 8 ports (8X30=240 calls).

Other option is GSM gateway , but gsm gateway little expensive available in 4 port, 8,16,24,32 sim banks.
